The Sebago region offers a multitude of angling opportunities; whether you prefer lakes or ponds the majority of them are open to year round fishing. Many of the rivers have extended seasons throughout the fall as well and offer steady action through December. Whether fly-fishing, spin casting or bait fishing there is a body of water that is suited to those specific methods and we can tailor any trip to any experience level. There are many bodies of water to pursue native landlocked salmon as well as brook trout, brown trout, smallmouth bass, pike and pickerel. We also love to use traditional trolling methods for trout and salmon in our square stern canoe on the many ponds and lakes throughout the region.

Nothing like fishing with Peterson’s Guide Service!
Met in the morning after Jon did some great creative planning to get me out fishing with him. He had hot coffee all ready to go with a yeti mug to sip it from. Jon made this windy spring fishing day a blast! Jon doesn’t just take you fishing. This trip had a lot of planning and scouting to it and I could tell! After landing my personal best Pike at the lunch bell! We tucked in a perfect spot, and Jon instantly started getting lunch ready! A perfectly fine tuned fried fish appetizer with some of the best tartar sauce I’ve ever had! Cheeseburgers for the main course! All perfectly cooked and delicious!
It was a perfect trip!!
I can’t wait to get back out with Peterson’s Guide Service!!
